I Tried to say

Biggest Change it only this
FHD already available but after Disney+
FHD (1080p) Only Comes with Premium & HD (720p) Comes With VIP.
Free user maximum streaming quality downgraded to SD (480p) only.(Currently free user also streaming in FHD)

4K HDR etc... may come as avilable on Disney+ outside india. (My guess only)

What about streaming bitrate, same old or is it also going to change? Current version is very slow and watching sports was a nightmare.

I guess it is for selected users till now.I am not seeing any new Disney content on mobile app or even fire stick
