What if HBO's content is going away? There were rumours of HBO Max launching. I know there is a huge audience for Marvel content. But the biggest selling point of premium was HBO and Sports. VIP itself was a successful plan and is easier for purchase as it comes bundled with multiple plans from telecom operators.

I think Telcos Hotstar plans will continue with mobile plan due to sports/cricket viewership.

telecos may still offer VIP plans till their contracts expire...They might not agree to pay more to D+H...

You can enjoy the same benefits until the plan validity. This was the case last time when they changed plans.

When sports plan became VIP plan which more benefits. Users got same benefits as VIP plan.
