How we know in stats it's HDR or not?

What it shows ? My 4K TV and Binge+ box supports HDR...

Why are the multiplex movies are in such low quality. Like only stuck at 4.5 Mbps. Meanwhile HBO, Showtime, Star World, ABC content are in such high resolution. Only a handful of hindi movies like Sanju, @6.48 Mbps are in good quality. The highest 1080p bit-rate I found is Game of Thrones S08E03 @10.13 Mbps.

In some Android TVs, whenever HDR content is played, the Picture Settings menu automatically displays a small box that says [HDR].
I have installed the app in my TV. Endgame plays alright in 4K HDR for me. The HDR box automatically comes on when I play the movie. I have also confirmed that the content is playing in 3840*2160 resolution.
For me too the resolution is 3840×2160 itself in my Binge+ box which have premium subscription....But no display box in the TV or settings.. I was mentioning that for VIP subscribers Endgame is not running in 3840×2160 resolution...It's only 1920×1080 only...Even if the speed is over 40Mbps..
