Nope. You can use those coins to avail kill the bill rewards. kill the bill rewards are the earnings which will be settled in ur credit card payment. You can earn kill the bill rewards 5 times per card on minimum transaction amount of Rs. 1000 each and you can avail it by going on the lifestyle icon.
