I would love to play in the Champions Trophy - Ashish Nehra

Ashish Nehra has expressed a strong desire to make a comeback to India's ODI team. Nehra, who last played in the format in the 2011 World Cup semi-final against Pakistan, has said he retains hopes of playing fifty-over cricket for India when they land in England in June for the Champions Trophy.

"I would love to play in the Champions Trophy," Nehra told ESPNcricinfo. He felt he would have a key role to perform, considering fast bowlers are likely to play a more dominant role in English conditions. "When you go to England you will take at least four fast bowlers in addition to two spinners. I know I can bowl anywhere: up front, in the middle overs and at death. I can also share the experience I have with the other young fast bowlers."

:no:no not gud for 10 ovs. to bowl from him especially death overs in 1st innings .. T20 (4 ovs.) is better for his bowling and age bar :) ..

Good bowler he is at death . Yes there's may be matter in age & his fielding but he has lots experience at death.

Sai bro is right, Sagr bro. Nehra's fitness is average for ODI. He is good bowler indeed but we need fast and active fielders too.
We are happy with Nehra Ji's performance in t20.

Right bro, now a days bowlers needs techniques bcoz batsmen are very fast. But I am talking Nehra's positives only.
I know he is old , he can't field long enough, but techniques & experiences both are there.

But as per news he wants to play in CT. Then he can improve himself:k

I am fully agree with you no problem. I only seeing him from his side:k
