I think so... As 2004 CT was hit after that 2006 & 2009 was flop so ICC decided to scrap CT after 2013 but we all know it was huge hit which forced ICC to reconsider thier decision and now we have Champions trophy again.. as per my logic

Whatever, it is good chance for England become ICC 50 Ovs champion, they never won icc 50 ovs tournaments. India hurted in last time in final & my opinion is England can win this title for the first time, but they have survive India only. Other teams can't stops at their home
