This option was removed last year after Windows update if i remember correctly. Now there is no "official" way to turn off updates on Pro.

I have done it using group policy....no automatic updates for me

Force stop Windows Updates is possible only on Pro variant and that's why I want it.

It is not possible to force stop updates. You can only pause or defer updates.
Now, it is possible to pause updates on Home edition. Windows 10 Home Will Finally Let You Pause Updates

Well, you download the OS from Microsoft website, then either upgrade your current Windows or make a bootable USB drive and do a clean install. Then apply the product key
