BSNL New 499 Unlimited Broadband Plan

visited bsnl office today....and they have no info about 499 plan

Call customer care from bsnl mobile and ask them rs 249 plan they will help you (in rs 249 plan for 6 months you will get unlimited internet 2mbps at 1 GB after 1 GB usage you will get 1 Mbps speed also you get unlimited calling 9pm to 7am and Sunday 24 hrs and this plan is validity 6 months after that your plan converted into 499 plan

Isn't that that plan applicable for new connections only? Other existing customers can take 499rs plan...
