Bapun bhai i m a Bsnl broadband subscriber but i m facing problems quite frequently as my phone lines keeps on getting Dead or the internet connection suddenly gets off after 5-10 minutes oftenly. Can u pls suggest me any solution for this or any phone number or helpline number where i can register my complain.

Yes bro. You need to take landline connection for bsnl bb. Its compulsory but some plans available without landline only for some area.

If your city has bsnl landline service then you can't take those plans which are without landline.

Just make a complaint in twitter "@bsnlindia" . it will get resolved soon

should have reduced 1199 plan around 1000 because with tax bill come around 1300
