Yes... It means, if BSNL fiber is your only option, then BSNL will say, "goto HELL".

The way BSNL is going down, they'll soon understand their worth..A time will come soon when even if they'll provide free data no one will mind looking at them. Who will opt for BSNL if there are better competitors in that region? Obviously people would go for any ISP other than BSNL. In short they are digging up their own grave.

New plans are now updated on the BSNL website but still not showing for me on the self-care portal.

In States like Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, UP, etc having plans without any district restrictions but southern states are having district restrictions.

Why this is not available for Odisha? The tariff portal is not showing it. This is even available in states like Nagaland, Manipur while not in Odisha!
