What is the billing cycle of bsnl ftth ,is it fromthe day the connection is activated?

For my circle getting bill on 5th & bill due on 18th, if ur connection activated on 15th means this month u will get bill for 15 days only, bro, btw if ur working in central/State government means they will give 10% discount, just need to fill form along with salary slip & id proof in bsnl office
 
I do not like bsnl fiber . I paid for 200 Mbps but I could not received speed it is giving 50 to 70 Mbps maximum . I think we are waste goverment rs for third class service . But we have to use goverment bsnl for goverment office.

Its maybe for using Single Band Router. Change it to Double band 5Ghz Router.
