They took almost 48 hours to activate my 4G sim .. other operators do in 2 hours.

Got Two SmS yesterday
SIM upgrade Verification code is ****** and is valid for 15 min
Couldn't understood as first sender was BZITPCCA & 2nd was BPITPCCA
then i tried to scan network but couldn't find BSNL LTE network in my area.
(Now going to BSNL Telephone exchange for further update/clarification.)
Update
Just back from BSNL office
Paid ₹100 for each sim though they must not charge a Paisa for upgrade
Received network within 10min
3+g though as 4g network not activated yet.

I swapped BSNL 3G SIM with 4G SIM today. They took Rs. 30

Btw, I got SMS from BSNL today that SIM swap process has began, also old SIM has been stopped working. Yet to check with new SIM, will confirm if that is started working. Last night i tried but it wasn't working.

If old has stopped working then definitely new sim is ready to use!
