BSNL during official statement will confirmed the 4G will be covered with new indus technology USIM (Universal SIM) OTA over the air which provide 4G and 5G network through out all over PAN basis till the next March 2025. The 4G network will be widely available after 15 august goes to atmost most of 4G enable towers till Diwali.

BSNL 4G plans will offer unlimited data with some major 1.5GB and 2GB plans which will be priced less than 250-300 price cheaper the other's telecom's. The new plans will be available in the market in the last week of August over the states.

I was informed by BSNL employee during my visit. This was likely by the govt wants BSNL to shine with its own adopted technology network. Everyday BSNL has increased subscriber base at every weeks of Teir 1, Teir 2, Teir 3 cities.
