If possible they should shift to holkar stadium (Indore) whose near to Delhi and PCA stadium Mohali is also near but here also lots of pollution in the air

Bro Indore is almost 850 KM from Delhi plus it's raining in Indore..
Either match will go ahead in Delhi or it will be called-off.
Second match is also doubtful due to rain

BCCI never thought about shifting the venue it seems, else they could've at least moved the match to Grater Noida stadium which is close by.
Anyway, the match will happen, some fielders could wear masks.

Rajkot : The threat of a thunderstorm over the next T20 match between India and Bangladesh at the Khandheri Cricket Stadium in Rajkot is set for next. Due to heavy rains and thunderstorms, match wastes are being found.
The weather forecast predicts a major thunderstorm from tomorrow. Saurashtra, including Rajkot, is expected to receive heavy rainfall over the next 5 to 6 days and 6 hours following the impact of the storm.
India and Bangladesh teams will be coming to Rajkot on Monday and both teams will practice at Ground on 5th and 6th. If it rains, both teams will not be able to practice. Cricket Lover have also taken tickets to watch the match, but matches could be washed out due to the threat of rain. When the T20 match between India and Bangladesh is to be played at Saurashtra Cricket Association Ground on November 7, preparations have been started for this match. Special arrangements are being made for the team to visit Rajkot by both those hotels. Captain Rohit Sharma and coach Ravi Shastri have been given soundproof rooms while the hotel is about to land in Fortune. A total of 45 rooms have been booked for Team India at the Formune Hotel. Captain Rohit Sharma and coach Ravi Shastri have been given suite rooms while the rest of the players and supporting staff will be given club and regular rooms. When it comes to Rohit-Shastri's room, arrangements have been made for him, including dining, meeting. In addition, a 30 Mbps deadline Internet speed will also be provided. A gamezone will also be created for players to play games including table tennis, carom. When the team arrives in Rajkot on November 4 in the Team India Chartered Flight, they will be welcomed according to Indian tradition. On November 5 and 6, both teams will practice at the stadium and at 7 p.m.
