Optimus Prime data. Even non Chinese apps were recently getting banned because of data concerns. I forgot the name but it's available here as I posted couple of weeks back. It was a file sharing app.

59 apps is new. Hence he is talking about the new ban here. This ban has nothing to do with India China stand off. It is for public safety.

I can transfer files to Android TV with ES Explorer. Unfortunately, there is no alternative to that.

You can use "Send Files To TV". That's much better.
