I used Zapya long ago. It was good. Sadly, that is Chinese too! It's not in the banned list though! Below are a few good alternatives.

Thanks for the suggestion bro. You recommended Send Files to TV yesterday. I tried on phones. File transfer works on phones too. Best part is all we need is to connect to phone's normal. No bluetooth or a custom hotspot from the app is required.

Xiaomi owns both. But this one is based from Bangalore.
