All the new players selection from T20I format they are also following Pak formula selection process..
In today's era trend each format have different captains need so that they can focus on that particular format.

For me this is proper ODI team. Except Jos Buttler and Joe Root. These two can come back. But at whose expense, I don't know. Jacks should definitely play. You want Jamie Smith/Jordan Cox in the team as well. Phil Salt needs to go. If Joe Root is willing to bowl, then
