Upgrade to 14.1 is available for the last 3-4 days, but I’m unable to update. It was approx 3GB when I first noticed. Can’t update using mobile data. Kept connected to WiFi throughout the night, nothing as yet. Continue to show this!

Did you try restarting the phone?

I faced a similar issue, then i had to restart the phone and delete the old downloaded data system

It wasn’t consuming any data from WiFi as well.
