Try letting Amazon know about it over chat or call for quick response. Or you can mail them about it on cs-reply at amazon.in, but their response will take a while.

Also, is it being delivered by Amazon (ATS) or some third-party courier service? I doubt Amazon could do much for third-party ones.

Being delivered by Amazon, The thing was that nowadays Amazon delivery service is not that great I always get this issues on the other side now I am getting one day delivery options from Flipkart!

Amazon delivery experience is quite good here. Delivery time is not so good though. And yeah, I am also having one day delivery option in some products from Flipkart, even though I live in a tier 3 city. They are getting quite good.

Also, if it is ATS, you should be able to get it resolved by Amazon. So, try talking with them on chat or phone.
