I see. I also use Sony Bravia Android TV but 2017 model. May be due to old version app not happening.

Does casting from mobile app having this issue? Looks like app specific issue - be it TV or mobile or Smart devices.

Casting I haven't tried. My tv is a new one 2019 model.

It's an issue from Amazon's side. Full HD Streaming is supported in selected phones only, like Samsung, Oppo/Realme, etc. While others doesn't support Full HD, even if you have Widevine L1.
