Airtel Xstream wifi internet issue

Hi
I have been your user 10 years for prepaid and 5 years for wifi
My connection name is Abhishek yadav
My ticket number is 10492416639
I have been facing internet issues since 16th july
My issues is not resolved till now
I have talked to 5 supervisors 1 manager and twice to the escalation team
None of them did a single thing to help me
I have been lied to
Escalation team disconnected my call without listening to the issue
The technician denied resolving my issue
Technician named KVN Maruthi((08047607845)) abhilash(9289518744) and 1 more
Did not pick my call repeatedly trying
I am attaching an image of how much time i have wasted with no resolution
I will take a legal route regarding this soon

Try BSNL Fiber or BSNL Air Fiber with a lot of speed and cheaper plans. I'm using in HP, no issue faced so far. It also having ott plans with all plans unlimited.

In my home we recently purchased airtel wifi and except mine everyone phone and laptop are connected to it what can be the issue???
