First you need to purchase the Airtel 399 Stand-by plan. After a month or so, you can call CC to cancel your DTH connection. After that, the bill will come down to 199 plan. That's it.

One last try you can do is, explicitly mention the sales representative that you are asking about wired fiber and not AirFiber. Because this plan is not available on AirFiber and these days sales guys are mostly interested in selling AirFiber.

You are great bro. Now I got reply Rs.399 plan is available (Rs.199 for 10 MBPS internet) and Rs.200 for TV Channels with GST 472 and we can change plan of existing DTH Plan also to this but seems we have pay some Rs.2000+ upfront cost.

Also, ask them if the new IPTV box can be given with this plan or I am hoping for too much?

Yesterday Airtel guy came to installation for one of my friend in Chennai and he told only Airfiber with DTH Connection only available.
No IPTV in Chennai yet...
