^ Thanks bro. It helped me to get some answers. Have you ported your main number into Jio?
I don't make many calls & I am at home all day mostly, so I don't need a net pack. I rarely need more than Rs.30-50 recharge per month. So I have not ported to Jio yet, But once I am working or away from home, I will port to Jio. Currently using Jio instead of landline & primary num for calling. Not using data.

Jio won't open payment bank account if you migrate now. They have not started their operations yet. And they can't open accounts with retrospective KYC. So, it won't be an issue. Also, I don't think they will do such mischieves like Airtel (But no one can tell). For now it is not a problem.

And yes, there is some issue with Jio calling. Sometimes I don't recieve call even if I am in range & have faced few drops. I don't know whether the issue is on Jio's side or something fishy tactics going on by others. I hope Jio sorts out all such issues ASAP. Nowadays network congestion has reduced, almost negligible.

Well I am sure nobody has signed up for JioMoney wallet as well while taking Jio SIM but still Jio has opened JioMoney wallet for every customers without their permission.

Jio Wouldn't require your your KYC to open bank account further as they will convert their JioMoney to JioPayment bank

Is it Aadhaar verified already?
Not yet bro.. but since you asked me, Airtel started poking me for verification. Lol..
Anyways, the last date is in Feb 2018, so am in no mood to verify it now.

One query: If we open payment bank account, then i think we will have to show it while filing IT returns. Am i correct?

It alleged that Airtel retailers have been opening payments bank accounts using Aadhaar information of customers.

The Aadhaar-issuing body, Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), in the notices seen by PTI, stated that acts of not taking consent and informing the purpose of authentication was a violation of rules and punishable with financial penalties.

It also asked both Bharti Airtel and its payments bank entity to take immediate corrective measures and report back to the authority on the same.

UIDAI slaps notice on Airtel, its payments bank for flouting Aadhaar rules

When I had gone to get my Airtel re-verification, I was monitoring each step to avoid this! And probably I did succeed
