Ok now I get it. He is trying to use airtel SIM in an open market 4G USB data card. It should not be a problem.

their offer got . but no use. b cause signal getting only 2g . so  I cant unable to use this data . cc saying that to change the net satter [dongle]  .  no defect in net satter . I can able to use this satter throgh vodafone sim . then why :huh

So you use that data and can access 2G but not 4G. Have you tried that SIM on other device like mobile phone ?  :huh
