airtel mobile offer give and cheating

offer given  that recharge Rs177/- get 4g/3g/2g data for 28 days .   I have done it on 8.1.2017 . nothing getting . complaint told to cc but . they telling change the net setter. before 3 days I have getting vodafone data from this setter . then why it change . . actually they cheated me . fraud company mobile and dth both :wall
