Ya I believe it should. It's a standalone bunde which can be subscribed to even by non Airtel subscribers directly from the xstream play app. Similar to what TataPlay Binge offers.
Yes It shows all devices access below Netflix

The problem with this is the access through xstream play. Do the OTTs provide limited content through xstream play?
I know for sure, A lot of fancode content like la liga or copa cannot be accessed through xstrem play app.Lionsgate movies work on mobile and xstream STB but do not play on the google TV xstream app. Is there anywhere they mention all the restrictions?

This is a pretty good offering actually

They should have added an option to select the otts that subscribers want like North people don't watch aha and sunnxt in the same way south people don't watch chaupal, Shemaroo like this they can select what otts they want

Ya that's how TataPlay Binge does it by letting the person select 4 or 6 apps of their choice (plus another 9 apps complementary) for ₹199 and ₹249 respectively.
But if you compare the pricing to that of Xtream Play, if you are externally subscribed to Netflix basic plan which costs ₹199 then if you subtract that from the ₹279 plan, you are effectively getting the content of 24 OTT apps including JioHotstar, SonyLiv, Zee5, SunNxt, Aha, Fancode, etc for just an additional ₹80 which is much cheaper as a bundle than you would get by selecting individual apps on the platform.

I think after Netflix added to Airtel plans,it will give really tough competition to Tata play Binge plans as Netfix is missing there, only we need to see it is compatible to playing in TV also
