Like I mentioned previously, upgrade to IPTV is not an option as of now for existing customers.

 
I requested a callback from airtel for Fiber connection, when I received the call I asked if they can provide the IPTV box alongwith my new connection even though its not mentioned on their sites for Delhi location, they confirmed that yes I can opt in for the IPTV box instead of the DTH. Apparently, you dont need to wait for 12 march for it to release, just call the cc and ask for it! I have booked the connection but have not paid any money so far.
 
My lco/area sale executive also told sir, currently new connection only for iptv, for existing fiber customer it's not available 🙁

Few days back when i called airtel sales agent to get a new airtel black connection with iptv they told me to install dth with black connection and whenever iptv service will come they will immediately replace the connection with that. 😅 I said yes bro you are saying absolutely right. 🤣 If I had agreed to what he said, I would have been tied to this connection for atleast 3 months. Thanks to this forum i got the correct information and already knew airtel t&c other wise these type of sales agent only misguide innocent people and then wash their hands of the matter in the end.😐

I'm looking for black plan upgrade with iptv, but they are calling 10 times in a day for DTH bundle again as I have already surrendered Xstream box earlier for iptv box:ROFLMAO:

We can not cancel a newly taken Airtel wifi (fiber/airfiber) and take another new wifi before using the existing connection for at least 3 months? 🤔

Yes bro. As far as I know we can't cancel the connection and get refund for postpaid connection advance rental payment for atleast 1st 3 months. Or if someone pay for only 1 month at the time of installation then non refundable installation charges of 1000 will apply so generally people take 3 months plan initially. Same applies to jio postpaid connection also. Thats why jio introduced so called trial offer.
