How is that some people are not getting the option to add IPTV ?

I have also not getting option for adding iptv, shows only dth. So, i went to store (3 times) for adding iptv with black plan.

Can anyone help me to find airtel vendor details or area salesperson? I raised new black connection on 13th of march, As of now only Airfiber is installed & still IPTV is not yet provided.
