I visited airtel store today & within 2 hours installation was done. As of now no lag with STB & moreover I am getting good internet connectivity on airfiber too simultaneously. If this continues will rip Jio airfiber.

I visited Airtel store in Gurgaon today but they didn't know anything about IPTV.

When I showed him Airtel press release, he spoke to someone senior and informed that it is launched everywhere except NCR. How igonrant (or stupid?).

What next should I do to get IPTV on my existing fiber?

Yes, it's not launched yet in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
