Note:
* The free "data per day" is to be incremented by "2.2 GB/day" for a promotional offer w.e.f 01.02.2019 to 30.04.2019.
STVs/PVs/Combo vouchers offering free data with daily limit (like 1 GB/day, 2 GB/day .. etc), data freebies may be made unlimited with speed restriction to 40 kbps after daily data limits.
3g data speed is much better now, Only Delhi-Mumbai roaming outgoing is chargeable but there is another small voucher which makes it free for 28 days.
With 4g it going to be more attractive.

Has anyone had a +ve experience wherein u were previously enrolled as lifetime validity customer , auto migrated to new framework but confronted matter with customer care or higher ups and later offered revert back to old plan or given some exclusive perks or discounts?

I would not go for BSNL even if it gave same benefits at fractional price, reason being i know that service would be lot worse than airtel or vodafone. Much wiser to stick with private operators who can manage things better with greater focus on customer satisfaction & taking responsibility while handle issues

As i said Where Applicable.
However BSNL is giving much better speed in many areas on H+ network
In many areas people find very low data speed from JiO Airtel or others
So BSNL is not as worst as many think :)
