As i said Where Applicable.I would not go for BSNL even if it gave same benefits at fractional price, reason being i know that service would be lot worse than airtel or vodafone. Much wiser to stick with private operators who can manage things better with greater focus on customer satisfaction & taking responsibility while handle issues
