^^ can't decide a network just on basis of speed at a single place. though what you said is valid for you i agree.

No only if it shows outgoing validity expiring in few days and incoming validity expiring in 15 days after that date then you need to recharge every 28 days, otherwise you are good.
 
My Airtel Balance is Aprox. Rs 300/-
To keep my incoming active, today I did a self recharge(*121#) from the available balance for Rs 35/-for 22/- talk time and 28 day validity + 100 Mb Data. I plan to do the same recharge Every Month until my Balance is exhausted, then will port to BSNL ..... :sneaky:

As per AVOID, we can use for incoming calls for another 15 days right. Meanwhile we can do recharge within 15 days. What about Main Balance, if I don't recharge?
