They dont want you to use two sims thats the whole idea.

I have Airtel sim, don't get proper 4G signal in Indoors. Phone battery drains frequently. Complained Airtel, they told that within six months indoor 4G signal will improve

Comparison is not a match . per capita income of Singapore as of 2018 is $61000 while India is $2000
 
Personally I believe this plan of telco's will backfire and they will end giving up nearly half of their customers to Jio or BSNL .
Unlimited calling of Jio with 49Rs vs 119rs of AVoId is huge difference. and indian consumers are price conscious . either way it's a win a win for jio
