Many old phone (android 6) If we use net in other sim than one sim 2G so we can't use it

Yeah those are old phones. In almost every phone sold since 2018, there's dual volte. If one sim 4g, other one also 4g

1 feature phone is still available in every home in india(or 80% Home) and in Rural Area still many users use only feature phones So 2g is very important for india.

As consumers point of view they must keep 3g alive and shut 2g which is as good as nothing for Internet browsing,
Even BSNL is planning to do same or even did in areas where 4g network deployed officially.

Shutting down 2G will be foolish decision. Airtel has many old Customers who still use feature phones.

It will be a disaster because if you do this then calling will stop not only 2G feature phone but also on smartphones which does not support airtel VoLTE.

It seems the shut down 3G only in Kolkata and not in West bengal circle as 3G still available here

BSNL 4G is available from long time now. 3G comes and goes. They will officially shut down it anytime soon.

Yes For Kolkata Circle 3G Shut Down. In My Home Konnagar(Hooghly dist) 3G Stop, But When I Going Naihati For Work There 3G Working Perfectly. So Total Kolkata Circle 3G Not Working, Bengal Circle 3G Till Working.
