It's already verifying details automatically in Rajasthan Civil Registration System app Pehchan.

Although, Rajasthan is always first to implement anything in country.
Believe it or not but previously elected Vasundhara Raje given India the idea of digital governance by giving e-mitra then she came up with Bhamashah Health Insurance way before Aayushman Bharat. Bhamashah is now renamed as Jan Aadhar and Health Insurance as Chiranjeevi Yojna by current Govt.

The accused were accessing government database and selling ID proof documents for ₹15 to ₹200 each.

All prisoners and their visitors will now have to undergo Aadhaar authentication following the central government's fresh initiative to strengthen the safe and secure custody of inmates besides ensuring them delivery of entitled benefits.

Last date to update Aadhar for free has been extended till 14 March 2024

New Aadhaar cards and PDF versions of the identity document have started including a more explicit and prominent disclaimer that they are “a proof of identity, not of citizenship or date of birth,” signalling to government departments and other organisations to not use it for those purposes.

A gentle reminder to all our members to update their and their family Aadhar cards before 14.03.2024. The last date for document update, without fine, of Aadhar cards older than 10 years is 14.03.2024. After that date you might have to pay Rs.50 for the document update. Avail the service while it is still free. You will need to upload two documents for updating the Aadhar.

1. POI - Proof of Identity - PAN Card, Passport, School Certificate, Birth Certificate etc.,
2. POA - Proof of Address - Voter ID, Driving License, Water Bill, EB Bill, etc.

The name and address on the above two documents should be same as Aadhar.
