I am writing to express my frustration with the handling of my refund request for Airtel Xstream Fiber ID XXXXXX1582. Despite multiple assurances, the issue remains unresolved.

To recap:

Date of Payment: 09/06/2024
Cancellation Request Date: 15/06/2024
Reference Number: XXXXXX8584
Your recent email mentioned that my cancellation was processed on 25/06/2024, meaning I need to wait an additional 7-10 working days for the refund. This is unacceptable as I initially requested cancellation on 15/06/2024.

Without any service provided, I have already waited over 20 days and am now expected to wait even longer. This delay and inconvenience appear deliberate.

Please process my refund immediately and confirm the same.
