Seeking Help advice regarding upgrading amazon prime plan

Hello guys, yesterday i had purchased prime video lite plan but i am only able to use that on only 1 screen & that's it this wasn't the case with prime lite which i had with tata play binge now i contacted CC & they say only option you have is upgrade with 1499 amount but i want to know if i could use cheaper coupon to upgrade as i am having yearly coupon option which is cheaper 1250 something with my credit card, help guys
