There'll always be such tweet. Suppose 10,000 people ordered something, and 0.1% people (that is 10 people) got a defective product and rest 99.9% (9990 people) received perfectly fine product. Almost none of the 99.9% people will tweet saying yaayy I got a perfectly fine product. But the almost all among the 0.1% will tweet about it. And someone who is browsing Twitter, he or she will think "Wow.. today I saw 10 tweets of people receiving defective product.". But in actual 99.9% people received perfectly fine product.

The only thing you can do is pray that you don't fall under the unlucky 0.1%.
