Seeking Help APN settings not available for this user. Please help?

I'm a Jio 4G user. I want to do some experiments with my APN settings. I want to see what happens by changing APN. Unfortunately, I am unable to save edited APN. When I try to save it, it doesn't appears. It says "APN settings not available for this user". I have tried two methods (which I found on internet) but still failed. How do I successfully save edited APN settings?

My phone is Samsung A20 which I purchased in July 13, 2019.

Seeking Help Should I move to Railwire?

I am currently using MNet and it's been pretty reliable with rare downtimes. But the major issue is that they don't provide the promised speeds and the plans are on the expensive side. I used to recharge with 75mbps plan of ₹1003 per month and I used to get only 25-30mbps. Now I have recharged with 150mbps plan of ₹1593. But I got around 60-70mbps for initial few days and now it's back to same 25-30mbps. I contacted their customer support and they said that I need to get a better router to get better speed and to get that I need to pay ₹3,000. Our current router is TP-Link Archer C20, and it's supposed to support upto 750mbps. So I don't think it's an issue with the router.

The only other option available in our area is Railwire. While taking the MNet connection, they were charging ₹5000 for new connection and the plans were priced even higher than MNet. So we opted for MNet. But now I have come to know that they finally have the SATRANG plans available now. And I will only have to pay ₹1000 for a new connection (If I manage to keep the router given by MNet).

So, what should I do? Are there any problems with Railwire. I keep of reading about some blacklisted websites and Captcha problem. Also, we don't have Jio Fiber or Airtel Xstreme here. I tried contacting them, they said there's no ETA regarding when (or IF) it'll be available in our area. So my only option left is Railwire.

KC Global media - enters India with premium anime content seeks collaboration and localization

KC Global Media has always been about focusing on curating the best premium content from around the world according to our fans’ preferences. Content and language localisation in India is definitely a growth opportunity and we are open and excited to explore this possibility.

KCGMA is open to localising for regional dialects, but for now, we will focus on English and Hindi to balance cost with the passionate demand.

ceo george chien talked about working anime content , influencer and localization of anime in hindi & english at first , they recognize india being 5g ready and smart ott and anime popularity increased considerably , they seek to offer better anime content as ott tends to prefer quantity over quality of anime or shows overall, they would focus on obscure or good quality anime shows supported and aired and also support local talent. in future they might co produce shows similar to doing in animax korea or in axn in south east asia. if local animation studio or show creators can collaborate with kc global media.

Vi network is a sinking ship

Vi is a pathetic network operator. Half of the time, they give E signal instead of 4G. Inspite of toggling airplane mode, E signal comes again after some time. When they have 4G services, why the hell they give E signal? End of Vi is coming soon. They don't care about their customers. Simply waste of money. E sign occurring again and again boils our blood. I feel like smashing the smartphone.

My mom is a Vi user. She made a huge mistake by choosing Vi. Yesterday, we posted a complaint against E signal on Vi app. Today morning some Vi agent talked to my mom on call and he told my mom that they will look after this issue. 8 hours passed but still nothing happened.

We live in Dhawa, Lucknow.
