The PlayStation 5 Pro is not launching in India anytime soon.

PS5 Pro consoles support WiFi 7, a standard that uses a band of 6 gigahertz spectrum that many countries around the world have allowed to be used for wireless home broadband. However, 6GHz spectrum is hotly contested in India.

The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), which represents Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd, Bharti Airtel Ltd and Vodafone Idea Ltd, has pushed strongly for this spectrum to be reserved for use in mobile internet technologies like 5G.

So Tata Play Fiber is also operating via LCO model, I didn't know this before. This way they can have a wider presence throughout India. Though their coverage areas too less as of now.

If you are downloading more things in GB in single day, this may be an cause 2 mbps drop. If you put out fiber and reinsert into airtel fiber router. you will get mbps as per plan. it's not an issue but stop over doing higher gb downloading with your unlimited plan also having some conditions. i will suggest you to do it at the end of 3-4 days of every month.

But to my surprise, I started seeing the BSNLWiFi_Roaming network in the Wi-Fi list. Later, I found that my Modem was configured but 5Ghz, and they seem to have used the TR-069 CPE method to configure it.

I connected to the network. It asked me to type in my mobile number and Wi-Fi password. Once I did so, it allowed me to add my device, where the MAC ID was prefilled. Once I did that, it was all good. I need to find another hotspot to see if it automatically binds my device.

Interesting part: They configured 5Ghz, and the coverage is just around my 1st floor. I don't know what are they trying to achieve

In this new OTT race to become equivalent to the industry sharks, Tata Play Fiber chewed the customers instead. I can vouch this current hike is to compensate for their OTT addons, such shady tactics.

Amazon also update return 7 days policy with service center only in electronics product. Make sure while ordering products, if you got defective item, you need to go authorized service centers from each brand itself only.
