100%; stupid govt wanted publicity. These politicians don't care human lives, they were giving poses with the cricketers yesterday. Also non elected congress members were also on stage in a govt function. Simply to sum up they wanted free personal wish & fulfilling, PR & publicity and had negligence on anything & everything else. They neither interested in planning nor wanted to correct & important decisions. Organizing functions at 2 venues is foolishness because providing security, arrangements, police force is really tough. Also canceling the victory parade is the biggest mistake if did so people would've watched in nearest areas and dispersed but that didn't happen so stadium got overcrowded. People really lack civic sense.
