Do you know the recharge value of VoId's "Bottom Line Plans"??? Is that cheaper than BSNL or almost comparable to Airtel? Do you know, if those "Bottom Line Plans" are cheaper than Jio/Airtel and slightly costlier than BSNL, VoId would have captured the vast second SIM market and stopped subscriber losses? You may argue that it will reduce the ARPU. But, they are giving FREE data to non-recharging customers, which is also killing their ARPU. Instead of giving FREEBIES to non-recharging customers, they should reduce the "Bottom Line" tariff plan for regular recharging Poor customers.

Simply put, you can NOT charge premium tariff, if your network is NOT premium.

Same to you.
Bro seems to be an -- name calling operators or brands are not allowed, hence redacted by team -- user hence have never checked Vi's offerings. Can't say about more cheaper than BSNL but it's definitely superior than BSNL & Cheaper than Jio/Airtel 😁.

Imgur is not working & Imgbb photos can't be embedded on this forum. Hence links are above. I don't know how much they can lower the tarrif for bottom line users than 155 rupees for 28 days (143 per 28 days if paid for 3 months IE 429). Either they have to be BSNL 😁. + I'm a VI postpaid user with other members in my family having vi recharge validity till 2026 end so yes, they've captured some of the premiumest members on their network.

This is key why VI is struggling, they keep increasing charges but without improving the network.

Few months i took VI sim to test the network, no 5G , bad 4g coverage, many times no VOLTE, NO VOWIFI and even latched to 2G network, was shocked to see getting G icon as data.

I tried to use VI as my primary but couldn't survive for 24 hrs in Hyderabad. They should try strategies like aircel did, offer cheap prices and increase customer base, you get more customer and more money, there is one definitely market for this.
Maybe your area is not in their priority list to upgrade network as there may not be a lot of users there but here they're the best one in terms of 4G. I'll share my state : Rajasthan

I always get 4G along with good battery life with VOLTE & Vowifi (wifi calling even in flight mode). So my above assumption could be true. They aren't investing in your area because of low user count.

In fact my family has been using Vi before 2006 since Hutch days then it became Vodafone then Vi. So I guess our area is served amazingly by them with priority. Unlike other areas with low users.

Maybe , Hitech city & Financial District of Hyderabad is not in their priority list which is most prominent place of Hyderabad houses some of best IT workplace so something is wrong with the management and again as I said they needs to fix their priority, no point of only increasing prices but improving network is equally important.

Yes, they should absolutely improve their network. But as it is, they have been really good at my place and even my telecom friend living in Hyderabad is getting 5G with around 500 Mbps of speed. Although he's using Mumbai circle SIM card because Hyderabad SIM doesn't latch on to 5G.

Ask him to share the screenshot, cant blve VI giving 500 Mbps speed in Hyderabad.

Sahi hai, 5g on roaming but 4g for domestic customer another nonsense from VI.
Yes, this is something I hate about them as well, right now only those cities which have 5G working are latching on to other cities 5G. EG : Vi sim from Mumbai can get 5G at my city (in Rajasthan) where there is coverage. But I can't get 5G with my own state registered sim. But I can get 5G in Mumbai with my state registered sim. So yes it's messy but by August all 17 circle users will be able to get 5G, doesn't matter the state.
