Vishakapatnam based Avantel Limited on Wednesday informed the Stock Exchange that it has received a work order from Lockheed Martin Corporation.
The company will be supplying Satcom Equipment to Lockheed Martin. As per the regulatory filings submitted by Avantel, the work order from Lockheed Martin is for an amount $19,80,000 (USD Nineteen Lakh Eighty Thousand only).
“We would like to inform you that the Company has received an order for an amount $19,80,000 (USD. Nineteen Lakh Eighty Thousand only) from Lockheed Martin Corporation for supply of Satcom Equipment,” said Avantel Limited in a regulatory filing.
The company offers Satcom, Wireless, and Software products as part of its portfolio. The Satcom portfolio includes satellite based mobile satellite services with advanced microwave, digital wireless communications and signal processing products for military and commercial markets.
