Airtel Xstream Fiber to launch in 25 more cities by July; Monthly plans start at Rs 599

Telecom giant Bharti Airtel is going to aggressively expand the reach of its broadband service Airtel Xstream Fiber across the country in the coming months with a plan chalked out for the expansion.

Airtel will be expanding the reach of Xstream Fiber with its launch in 25 more cities across India in the next 100 days. The expansion of Xstream Fiber’s reach started earlier this month with its launch in Katra and Sikar.

While Airtel had earlier only revealed its plan to launch its broadband service in Shimla, Airtel has now on its website listed 25 cities wherein it’s broadband services will be launched in a phased manner.

Ajmer, Aligarh, Bhilwara, Bikaner, Dharamshala, Bundi, Ghazipur, Gorakhpur, Hosur, Jagadhari, Jhansi, Jodhpur, Kakinada, Kolhapur, Kota, Mathura, Mirzapur, Muzzafarnagar, Rohtak, Shimla, Shahjahanpur, Thanjavur, Tirupati, Udaipur, and Yamunanagar are the 25 cities wherein Airtel Xstream Fiber will be launched.

The plans in these cities will start at Rs 599. While all 4 Xstream Fiber plans namely Basic, Entertainment, Premium, and VIP will be available for subscription, the packaging, and pricing of the plans will be different from those in Tier 1 cities.

Airtel has been aggressively marketing its broadband services with promotional offers every week in a bid to increase its market share across the country. The phased launch of its broadband services across the country will help it increase its market share in the broadband industry.
