Telecom giant Bharti Airtel is seemingly testing co-terminous validity on select prepaid plans with validity listings in Airtel Thanks app switching between ‘co-terminous validity’ and ‘standalone validity’. The testing seems to be happening on select unlimited plans which could be turned into add-ons if the testing is indeed meant to culminate into standalone packs being converted into add-ons.
The development has been confirmed by multiple Airtel users on our community forums who are seeing the validity keep changing in the Airtel Thanks app. The listings meanwhile remain stable on Airtel’s website but the app is showing different validity at times.
Rs 99, Rs 399, and Rs 449 prepaid plans have been spotted bearing ‘co-terminous validity’ i.e same validity as your existing pack with the pack available for active bundle and smart pack users. Multiple Airtel users cross-cutting across states have been able to see the change in select plans which keep changing back and forth showcasing standalone validity at times.
Whether Airtel converts these existing unlimited packs into add-ons remains to be seen. Are you seeing the validity of these plans change within the Airtel Thanks app? If yes, let us know your thoughts through the comments section.
Showing Like This On Airtel App.I Don’t Understand What It Really Means. For An Example,If I Am On A Unlimited Pack And 1 Day Validity Is Remaining For This Pack Then If I Recharges This Co-terminous Then these 399 and 449 pack pack will Only Be Valid For 1 Day???????
Yup. Beware of these plans for now.
