Airtel launches Rs 296 and Rs 319 prepaid plans with 30 days and monthly validity

A couple of days after Reliance Jio introduced the Rs 259 prepaid plan with a calendar month validity, Bharti Airtel on Friday also launched two new Rs 296 and Rs 319 prepaid plans offering 30 days and a calendar month validity respectively. 

The latest movie from both telecom operators comes after the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) ordered to provide at least one plan voucher, special tariff voucher, and one combo voucher with 30 days validity and renewal on the same date of every month.

Rs 296 Plan Details

Recharging with this plan, users will get 25GB of high-speed data without any daily FUP limit, unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 30 days of validity. After the consumption of total data balance, speed is reduced to 64kbps. 

Additional benefits of this plan include a 30 day free trial to Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition, 3 months of Apollo 24×7 Circle Membership, Free Shaw Academy courses, Hellotunes and Airtel Wynk Music. 

Rs 319 Plan Details

The Rs 319 plan is a calendar month validity plan which renews on the same date every month irrespective of the number of days in the month. It offers 2GB daily high-speed data, unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day. 

Similar to the Rs 296 plan, this also comes with complimentary benefits like 30 days Amazon Prime Video Mobile Edition trial, 3 months Apollo 24×7 Circle Membership, Free Shaw Academy courses, Hellotunes and Airtel Wynk Music.
