Reliance Jio has unveiled the all-new Jio Game Controller in India. It comes with a long-lasting battery, wireless connectivity and vibration motors for providing haptic feedback. This Game Controller features a lightweight design and Xbox controller-like button layout. 

Pricing and Availability

The Jio Game Controller carries an MRP of Rs 4,499, but it can be bought from Jio’s website for Rs 3,499 with a 22% discount. After placing an order, the controller will be delivered within the next 3-5 working days. It is available in a single Matte Black colour. 

Buyers cannot opt for cash on delivery mode of payment for this device. Also, it is not available across the country, users have to check availability while ordering by providing their area pin code. Payments through Credit Cards are also eligible for EMI starting at Rs 164.71. 

Specifications and Features

The controller weighs 200 gm and measures 153 x 58 x 110 mm in dimensions. To control the game it has 20 buttons and 2 joysticks. It is compatible with Android smartphones, tablets, Android TVs and the Jio set-top box.

The Jio Game Controller packs an unspecified built-in Li-ion rechargeable battery which is claimed to provide up to 8 hours of playtime. A standard Micro-USB is there to charge the controller. It is equipped with two vibration feedback motors for haptic feedback. 

For connectivity, it uses Bluetooth 4.1 with a wireless range of up to 10 metres and offers a low latency experience during gaming sessions. There are two pressure-point triggers and an 8-direction arrow button.
