JBL Boombox 2, JBL G03, JBL Clip 4

Harman International sub-brand JBL has launched the Boombox 2, JBL Go 3, and JBL Clip 4 Bluetooth speakers in India. The speakers come as an upgrade over the previous models and feature Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, longer battery life, water-resistance, and more.

JBL Boombox 2 specifications

The Boombox 2 is equipped with two 4-inch woofers and two 0.75-inch tweeters. It comes with a total rated output of 80W RMS in AC mode and 60W RMS in battery mode. The JBL Boombox 2 includes a 10,000mAh Li-ion polymer battery that is said to deliver up to 24-hours of playback time on a single charge. It takes around 6.5-hours to fully charge when charged with a 24V 4.2A adaptor. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.1 with A2DP 1.3 and AVRCP 1.6 profile support, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB port that can charge other devices. The Boombox is IPX7 rated that can resist water up to three-feet deep. Lastly, it measures 484 x 201 x 256 mm and weighs 5.9 kg.

JBL Go 3 specifications

The JBL Go 3 is a portable ultra-compact speaker that comes with an output of 4.2W and is touted to deliver a music playback time of up to 5 hours. The battery takes around 2.5 hours to fully charge via the USB Type-C port. The speaker uses Bluetooth version 5.1 for connectivity with support for A2DP 1.3 and AVRCP 1.6 Bluetooth profiles. JBL Go 3 comes with an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance. Lastly, it measures 87.5 x 75 x 41.3 mm and weighs 0.209 kg.

JBL Clip 4 specifications

JBL Clip 4 features a 40mm driver with a rated output power of 5W RMS. The speaker includes a 3.885Wh battery that can deliver up to 10 hours of music playback time. The battery takes up to 3 hours to fully charge with a 3.885Wh 5V 500mA charging brick. The speaker uses Bluetooth version 5.1 for connectivity and supports A2DP 1.3, AVRCP 1.6 Bluetooth profiles. JBL Clip 4 is also IP67 rated for dust and water resistance. It measures 86.30 x 134.50 x 46.0 mm and weighs 0.239 kg.

Pricing and availability

The JBL Boombox 2 is priced at Rs. 33,999 and comes in a single Black color option. The JBL Go 3 costs Rs. 3,999 and is available in Blue, Red, and Black color options. The JBL Clip 4 is priced at Rs. 4,999 and come in White, Grey, Green, Teal, Black, Orange, Blue, Pink, Yellow, Red, Blue/ Pink, Squad, and Black/ Orange color options. The speakers are available to purchase via the JBL India website and leading online and retail stores across India.
