HP on Wednesday launched three new Pavilion series laptops in India: HP Pavilion 13, Pavilion 14, and Pavilion 15. These laptops are made of post-consumer recycled, ocean-bound plastics and feature 11th Gen Intel Core processors with Intel Xe graphics.
The company claims that the laptops will keep approximately 92,000 plastic bottles out of the oceans and landfills. Apart from the laptop itself, the outer boxes and fibre cushions that are used in packaging are also 100% sustainably sourced and recyclable.
HP Pavilion 13 specifications
The Pavilion 13 comes with a 13.3-inch full-HD IPS display having 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 250 nits of peak brightness. It is powered by an 11th-gen Intel Core i5 processor coupled with Intel Iris Xe graphics, 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage.
The laptop has a 43Whr lithium-ion battery with a 65W power adapter that can charge 50% of the battery in 30 minutes. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C, two USB 3.0 Type-A, 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack, HDMI 2.0 and a microSD card reader. The HP Pavilion 13 price starts at Rs. 71,999 and will be available in Ceramic White and Silver colour options.
HP Pavilion 14 specifications
The Pavilion 14 (dv0053TU) features a 14-inch IPS display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It will be available in Intel Core i5 and i7 processor variants coupled with Intel Iris Xe graphics, 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of SSD storage. Its price is starting from Rs 62,999 and it comes in pink, silver, ceramic white and tranquil colour options.
The Pavilion 14 (dv0084TX), on the other hand, has 11th-gen Intel Core i5 and an option to choose between Intel Iris Xe graphics and NVIDIA GeForce MX450 2GB. It provides 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of SSD storage. The price for this model starts at Rs 67,999 and it will be available in silver colour.
HP Pavilion 14 laptops are also fueled by a 43Whr battery and have a 65W charger. In terms of connectivity, you get Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, two USB 3.0 Type-A and 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack, HDMI 2.0 and a microSD card reader.
HP Pavilion 15 specifications
The Pavilion 15 (eg0103TX) features a 15-inch IPS display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by an 11th-gen Intel Core i5 processor coupled with Intel Iris Xe graphics or NVIDIA GeForce MX450 2GB, 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of SSD storage.
This laptop has a 41Whr battery that can provide up to 8 hours of backup and comes with a 65W charger. Available connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C, two USB 3.0 Type-A 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack, HDMI 2.0 and a microSD card reader. It will be available in Silver/ Ceramic White and Fog Blue colours. HP Pavilion 15 price starts at Rs 69,999.
All of these new Pavilion models are EPEAT (Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool) Silver registered, and Energy Star certified. They run on Windows 10 Home out of the box and come with two HP speakers designed by Bang and Olufsen to get a better sound experience. There is also an HP Wide Vision HD camera with an 88-degree wide-angle view, fingerprint sensor and backlit keyboard.
