Google flagship with Mi in this device na? And, I was expecting very much from it in terms of specs.

I was confused with your term 'Google Flagship'.

Only Google flagship is Pixel and before 2014 it was Nexus series.

You seem to be confused with android one devices which any smartphone makers can use and make stock android phones.

This guy has clarified further i hope:

only pixel is google flagship. andriod one devices are no way connected to google they just contain stock android even the updates are given by manufacturer not google

No idea. Nokia 7 plus security updates are always < 100 MB, if they are only security updates
