How to disable these windows 10 updates?

I've blocked the windows update urls in my router so it works in my broadband.  But whenever I use jio as hotspot those stupid updates syart poping up!!

You can disable those updates while in mobile network through metered connection.

1. All Settings

2. Update & Security

3. Windows Update

4. Click Advanced options

5. Choose how updates are delivered

6. Modify

Here you can disable or enable Windows Update Delivery Optimization. You can also choose between share with PCs on my network or PCs on my network and PCs on the internet.

But with creaters update coming April 2017 windows 10 will download updates even on metered connection

Softwares will need to be redownloaded i guess since linux use different programs and codebase than windows..

Many can run via Wine. There should not be any problem for most of the home users if they don't play games.
